Alive Socially: One AI-Powered Workspace for the Entire Social Content Operation
“Built a social media workspace that brings planning, publishing, comment replies and analytics for 15+ channels into one place, with an AI agent that always asks before it acts.”

1. Project Background
Alive Socially is an in-house Syntrix Systems product, built for brands, agencies and small teams that run social media across many channels. Our goal was simple: give teams one calm, connected workspace for the whole content cycle, from the first draft to the performance report, instead of a stack of scheduling tools, spreadsheets and chat threads.
2. The Challenge
Social teams lose time switching between platforms, each with its own calendar, caption limits, comment inbox and analytics screen. Agencies also juggle several brands at once, and every brand has its own voice, media and approvals. On top of that, AI features are only useful if teams trust them. An assistant that can publish, schedule or reply on a brand's behalf has to keep the human firmly in control.
3. Our Solution & Approach
We built a multi-brand workspace on Next.js that connects 15+ channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads, through each platform's official sign-in. Teams get a content calendar, a post queue with per-channel captions and hashtags, a media library with reusable templates, a unified comments view with keyword and AI auto-replies, and analytics with competitor comparison. Owner, Admin and Editor roles keep larger teams in sync. Two modes share the same workspace: Manual for hands-on control, and Agent, an AI teammate that drafts captions, plans multi-post campaigns, analyzes comments and keeps brand memory. The agent always asks for approval before it publishes, schedules, replies or switches on AI automation.
4. The Results & Impact
Alive Socially gives teams a single place to plan, publish, reply and learn, with each brand kept in its own workspace and the AI agent working as an assistant rather than an autopilot. Publishing, content tools, comment replies and analytics are live, while trends, A/B testing, the inbox and DM automation are staged as previews and upcoming releases, so the platform can grow without overpromising to users.
